Terri Frid CD(DONA), HCHI, HCD

Terri is the mother of 4, DONA certified birth doula, certified hypno-doula, and certified Hypnobabies instructor.  Terri believes in the importance and power of the birth experience.  Whether good or bad, mothers remember and re-tell their birth stories for the rest of their lives.  Because of this, it just makes sense to work towards the best memory possible.  She is grateful that the choices that tend to lead to the best experiences also tend to lead to the healthiest moms and babies.
